SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, weight, size. Shipping rates are set by courier companies and can be paid as the total amount of the package received. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00, within 1-10 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed during the day are considered the next day.

The return of the product(s) and the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from its receipt by the customer/sender. The cost of the courier services performed based on the return/exchange will be fully borne by the customer. In the case of returning the product(s) in exchange for another product(s), the customer will send the product(s) he/she wishes to exchange and will send by email/Instagram the new order he/she wishes to place to the BYFERE headquarters. The returned product(s) must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received (packaged and accompanied by all product labels), otherwise they may be refused upon receipt of the package.
